Basics:
ASAP Editing is a new view of the marketplace that can be toggled on by customers who are logged into Pixlmob. This unique view will only show editors who are currently online, logged into their Pixlmob profile, and have marked themselves as available to accept immediate work.
Initially, we will be launching ASAP editing for all image services and plan to soon add this option for Floor Plans and Videos.
ASAP editing will replace the rush turnaround times on Pixlmob.
Availability:
The availability for ASAP editing works differently than your availability for standard orders.
To show on the ASAP editing page, you must turn on ASAP availability from your Pixlmob profile. This will be a new, separate button from where you turn on your standard availability.
Once you’ve turned on your ASAP availability to show you are online and ready to receive work, your profile will show on the ASAP editing view of the marketplace.
It will remain there for 60 minutes or until you receive an ASAP order from a customer.
After 60 minutes, you must go back and turn your availability on again. You can also turn off your ASAP availability at any time during those 60 minutes from your Pixlmob profile.
There is no option to schedule or turn on your availability for more than 60 minutes at a time. This is to ensure we are promoting editors who are still active and online right now.
You will only be able to turn on your ASAP availability if you have no other orders that still need to be delivered, including standard orders.
Pricing:
Pricing will be structured similarly to how you set your prices for rush rates.
You will not have to set a new price for all of the services that you offer.
Instead, you will select a multiplier for your prices, such as a rate of 1.25 x your base price.
For example, if you typically charge $1.00 USD per photo for Blended Brackets (HDR) and you set your ASAP editing rate to 2x, your ASAP rate will be $2.00 per photo for Blended Brackets (HDR).
The multiplier you select will also apply to Image Enhancement Add-ons.
For ASAP orders totaling $10 USD or more [before the percentage paid to Pixlmob], there will be an additional $1 USD fee paid to Pixlmob. For ASAP orders totaling less than $10 USD [before the percentage paid to Pixlmob], there will be an additional $0.50 USD paid to Pixlmob.
Order Workflow:
When you are notified that you’ve received an ASAP order, you will have 5 minutes to accept the order.
If you fail to accept or decline the order within 5 minutes, the order will be canceled, the customer will be notified, and you will have to turn on your ASAP availability again. If you consistently fail to accept the order within 5 minutes or are repeatedly declining orders, Pixlmob may restrict you from ASAP editing in the future.
When you accept an order, you should begin work on it immediately and do your best to deliver the order as soon as you can, while ensuring you still have great quality work. You will see a timer on the order page showing how long it has been since you accepted the order.
You will not be able to accept any other ASAP orders until you’ve delivered the order you accepted.
Once you deliver the order to the customer, he is notified and for 15 minutes, he will be able to request revisions from you for that order. You should complete those revisions right away.
Once this 15 minutes after delivery has transpired, you can choose to reactivate your ASAP availability from your Pixlmob profile.

Set your ASAP editing price multiplier from your profile.
Ensure you have no outstanding jobs that still need to be delivered.
Turn on your ASAP availability from the left panel of your Pixlmob account.
