Once the vendor has delivered the work and you've approved the project, you'll be given an opportunity to leave a review for that vendor. This review is published to the vendor's profile and is visible to other customers as well as to the vendor.
If you work with the same vendor again in the future, you have the option to update or change your past review.
Additionally, Pixlmob asks customers to rate the vendor's consistency and if the vendor's work met or exceeded expectations. Later this year, we'll begin displaying a new consistency metric on vendor profiles to indicate how customers rate the vendor's editing skills over time. Any comments left within this rating are confidentially available only to the Pixlmob admin and are not visible to the vendor or to other customers.

What does the number next to the customer's name mean in the reviews?
This number indicates how many projects that customer has ordered from that vendor at the time the review was left.
The number is only updated if the review is updated.
Can a review be deleted?
Pixlmob's policy is not to delete or remove reviews for any reason, although Pixlmob reserves the right to censor any reviews that include profanity.
What's the difference between a review and the expectations rating?
A review is visible to anyone on Pixlmob, while the expectations ratings are not.
A review applies to all work done by a vendor, while the expectations rating is specific for each service ordered from a vendor.
