How can I change a service within a project after I've ordered it?

Perhaps you miscounted the number of images or selected the wrong service or need to choose another add-on. We're actively working on developing options to change a project after it has been submitted to the vendor.

In the meantime, you should dispute the service so our team can cancel it for you and issue a refund to your Pixlmob balance. You should then order a corrected, replacement service within your project.

Disputed projects, including those needing to be cancelled, are reviewed by the Pixlmob team within 1 business day and any refunds due are posted to the user's Pixlmob balance as soon as the dispute is reviewed and resolved.
