On a vendor's profile, you will see several key pieces of information:
Availability Statuses:
🔵 Auto-Accepting:
The vendor is automatically accepting all orders and will begin working on your order in time to meet the deadline.
The vendor might not message you confirming receipt of the order; however, you will still receive a confirmation email and notification and the project’s status will show as “In Progress.”
🟡 On Hold:
The vendor is no longer auto-accepting orders at this time and is reviewing each order received. The vendor has up to 12 hours (from when the order was submitted) to manually accept or decline it. The deadline for the order, based on the vendor’s turnaround time, is set when the work is accepted.
The project’s status will show as “Submitted” until the vendor accepts (which will show “In Progress”) or declines (which will show “Declined’”).
After 12 hours, any orders that have not been accepted will be automatically declined. If it is declined, funds are automatically refunded to your Pixlmob balance. You can easily reorder by duplicating the service within your project and selecting a different vendor.
You will receive an email as well as in-app notification when the order is accepted or declined.
🔴 Not Accepting:
The vendor is not accepting any more orders at this time. Check back later to see if the vendor is available or select a different vendor.
If you’re waiting on work you’ve already ordered from this vendor, he is still able to deliver previously accepted work or deliver revisions.
🟢 Ready Now:
This is ONLY for vendors offering ASAP work and shows they are online right now and accepting immediate work.
Availability FAQs
Availability FAQs
How do I know if the vendor is working today?
Vendors are required to add their working hours to their profiles.
The working hours automatically adjust to show you their hours in relationship to the time zone from which you're accessing Pixlmob, so those hours listed are the hours in your time zone.
Unless your project is specifically an ASAP project, the vendor might not start work on your project right away even if they are online.
Can I still order a project if the vendor is On Hold?
Absolutely! You'll be prompted with a warning to ensure you know the vendor has up to 12 hours to review your order and accept or decline it.
However, this may delay the turnaround time as the deadline is not set until the vendor accepts the order.
Some vendors will turn off their availability for holidays, vacations, or sick days so in a few cases, you may receive a message from the vendor declining the project.
Where do I see vendors available right now?
By toggling on ASAP from the marketplace, you can view vendors who are online and ready to accept immediate work!
How will I know if the vendor has started on my project?
For ASAP projects, the vendor has 5 minutes to accept the project and begin work. You'll receive a confirmation once this has happened.
For standard (non-ASAP) projects, once a vendor accesses the assets in the source link you provided, the project will show the deadline as the status as well as a timestamp of when the vendor started the work.
Can I cancel the project if I haven't heard back from the vendor?
Unless the project is late, please do not cancel if the vendor doesn't send you a message confirming receipt of the project.
It is likely the vendor is already at work on the project even if they haven't messaged you.
