Removing a team member from your Plaato Pro account is super easy ⚡️
Note: Only Team Admins are able to remove a person from the account.
Steps (Web App)
Log into the Plaato Web App (https://app.plaato.cloud/)
Click on your profile icon at the top right corner of your screen
Click on "Accounts" > "Teams"
Find the team member you are looking to remove and click on the "Red Ban Icon"
Confirm deletion by clicking on "Yes"
Mobile App (iOS and Android)
Launch your mobile app
Tap on "Accounts" > "My Team"
Tap on the team member you will like to remove
Tap on the "Delete" icon you see just below their details
Confirm deletion by tapping on "Yes, Delete"
