PLAI lets you track payments for each session quickly and efficiently, so you know who has or hasn’t paid.
📝 Steps to Track Payment
Update Attendance
Open the event and go to the Attending tab.
Mark each attendee as Attended or Unavailable/Did Not Attend.
Collect Fees
Click Collect Fees.
Payment status will appear next to each attendee:
PAID – payment completed
NOT PAID – payment outstanding
Track Payments in Bulk (Optional)
For a broader view, go to the Team Orders tab in the Shop.
This shows payment status across multiple sessions, useful for reconciliation.
