Tracking Payments for Event Attendees in PLAI

Easily track who has paid for a session in PLAI. Learn how to update attendance, collect fees, and view payment status for individual attendees or in bulk via the Team Orders tab.

PLAI lets you track payments for each session quickly and efficiently, so you know who has or hasn’t paid.


πŸ“ Steps to Track Payment

  1. Update Attendance

    • Open the event and go to the Attending tab.

    • Mark each attendee as Attended or Unavailable/Did Not Attend.

  2. Collect Fees

    • Click Collect Fees.

    • Payment status will appear next to each attendee:

      • PAID – payment completed

      • NOT PAID – payment outstanding

  3. Track Payments in Bulk (Optional)

    • For a broader view, go to the Team Orders tab in the Shop.

    • This shows payment status across multiple sessions, useful for reconciliation.
