Learn how to quickly send a payment request to members using the Orders tab in PLAI.
đ Steps to Send a Payment Request
Go to the SHOP Tab
Navigate to the SHOP tab in PLAI and click on ORDERS
Click â+ Request Paymentâ
Select the + Request Payment button.
Choose a Product
Under Select Product, choose the product you want to send (e.g. Match Fee).
Select Members (đĄ filter by team to find them quicker!)
On desktop: use the filter button to find specific teams or groups
On mobile: scroll through your groups at the top
Select the members you want to send the payment request to.
Send Request
Click Send Request â this will generate a payment link and send it directly to the parent via email.
đĄYou can send a request to multiple members at once to make this more effective
đĄ How Members Can Pay
Once sent, members can complete payment by:
Clicking the link in their email, or
Navigate to Home Screen â Wallet â My Purchases, select Copy Link, and proceed in your browser to make your payment
