How to Send a Payment Request on PLAI

A step-by-step guide for coaches and admins to send payment requests to members directly from the Orders tab in PLAI.

Learn how to quickly send a payment request to members using the Orders tab in PLAI.


📝 Steps to Send a Payment Request

  1. Go to the SHOP Tab

    • Navigate to the SHOP tab in PLAI and click on ORDERS

  2. Click “+ Request Payment”

    • Select the + Request Payment button.

  3. Choose a Product

    • Under Select Product, choose the product you want to send (e.g. Match Fee).

  4. Select Members (💡 filter by team to find them quicker!)

    • On desktop: use the filter button to find specific teams or groups

    • On mobile: scroll through your groups at the top

    • Select the members you want to send the payment request to.

  5. Send Request

    • Click Send Request — this will generate a payment link and send it directly to the parent via email.

    • 💡You can send a request to multiple members at once to make this more effective


💡 How Members Can Pay

Once sent, members can complete payment by:

  • Clicking the link in their email, or

  • Navigate to Home Screen → Wallet → My Purchases, select Copy Link, and proceed in your browser to make your payment
