How Members Can Complete a Payment in PLAI

Learn how members can easily complete payments in PLAI using either the email link or directly through the app via Wallet → My Purchases.

Once a payment request has been sent by your club, members can complete their payment in one of the following ways:

1. Via Email Link

Members will receive an email with a secure payment link.
Simply click the link in the email and follow the steps to complete payment.


2. Via the PLAI App (Wallet)

Members can also pay directly through the app:

  1. Open the PLAI App

  2. Go to the Home Screen

  3. Tap Wallet

  4. Select My Purchases

  5. Find the relevant payment request

  6. Tap Copy Link

  7. Open the link in your browser to complete the payment


⚠️ Important Notes

  • Payment links are unique to each member and purchase

  • If a payment fails, members can retry using the same link

  • If the subscription is still active, payments may retry automatically depending on club settings
