Cancelling a recurring subscription in PLAI is simple. Follow these steps to stop future payments and keep your membership up to date.
📝 Steps for admin cancellation
1. Open the Shop > Orders
Click Orders (top right of the Shop screen)
2. Filter by subscriptions
Click the filter button (top right)
Select Subscriptions only
3. Cancel the subscription (depending on device)
On mobile:
Swipe right to left on the subscription
Tap Cancel
On desktop/laptop:
Under the Active status, you’ll see two options: Pause / Cancel
Click Cancel on the relevant subscription(s)
💡 Important notes
Cancelled subscriptions will stop future billing cycles
Ensure you are cancelling the correct member subscription before confirming
If managing multiple cancellations, double-check filters to avoid missing entries
