If your combined schedule has a lot of events, you can narrow it down two ways: switching who you are viewing, and applying detailed filters.
Filtering by person
If you are a guardian or admin with children linked to your account, chips appear above your event list: Everyone, Me, and 1 chip per linked child.
Tap a chip to switch the view.
Everyone shows a combined feed of your own events and every linked child's events.
Me shows only your own events.
A child's name shows only that child's events.
Note: If a child has no events showing under their chip, this usually means they have not yet been added to a group. You can tap Go to Team Chat from the empty state to reach out to the admin about it.
If you have no linked children, only "Me" applies, since there is nothing else to filter by.
Using the filter panel
For more detailed filtering, tap the filter icon beside the search bar.
A Filter panel slides up with 4 rows: Date, Event Type, Response, and My Duties.
Tap Date to choose a quick range (Today, This Week, This Month, This Season, This Year) or set a custom start and end date.
Tap Event Type to check 1 or more types: Match, Tournament, Training, Social, Race, Tour, Facility Booking, or Other.
Tap Response to check 1 or more statuses: Going, Available, Not Going, Not Available, Maybe, or Not Responded.
Tap My Duties to choose All Events, My Duty Assignments, or No Duty Assigned.
Tap Apply Filters.
Once applied, the filter icon shows a badge with the number of active filter categories, and your event list, calendar dots, and search count all update together.
Tip: All 4 filter categories combine together (an event has to match all of them), but multiple selections within one category, like Match and Social, are combined with "or."
Clearing filters
To reset everything at once, open the filter panel and tap Clear All.
To reset only 1 category, open that category's sub-panel and tap Reset, then confirm.
If you open the panel, make changes, and tap the close icon instead of Apply Filters, your changes are discarded and your previously applied filters stay in place.
Person filters and the filter panel work together. For example, you can view "Joe" filtered down to only unanswered matches this season, and both filters apply at once.
FAQ
My filters returned no results. What happened?
If a filter combination matches nothing, you will see "No events match your filters" with a shortcut to clear them. This is expected when filters are narrow, it is not an error.
