My Schedule brings together every event you are involved in, matches, training, social events, and facility bookings, across all your clubs and any linked family members, in one place.
Opening your schedule
Tap Schedule in the bottom navigation.
Your screen loads with a week strip calendar, with today's date highlighted.
Days that have at least 1 event show a small dot underneath the date.
Below the calendar, your events appear in a list grouped by date, starting with the soonest.
Note: My Schedule combines events across every club and group you belong to, plus events for any children linked to your account. It is not limited to a single club.
Switching between week and month view
Tap the month label at the top of the calendar (for example, "May 2026").
The calendar expands into a full month grid, with dots marking days that have events.
Tap the label again to collapse back to the week strip.
Use the arrows beside the month label to move 1 month at a time, in either view.
Selecting a date
Tap any date in the week or month view. The date becomes highlighted, and the event list below scrolls to show events starting from that date onward.
Each event card shows
Event type and colour category
Price, if there is one
Title, time, and venue
A status or action button, such as Respond or Get Directions
If your schedule looks empty
If there are no events in the month you are viewing, you will see an illustration and a short explanation instead of a blank screen. If you have not yet joined a club or linked a child, the message will guide you toward doing that rather than just saying "no events."
FAQ
Why does my schedule combine my events with my children's events?
By default, My Schedule shows "Everyone," which merges your own events with those of any linked children. To see just your own events or just one child's, use the person filter described in [How to Filter Your Schedule].
Why did my schedule jump back to today after I closed the app?
If you leave PLAI and come back after a while, My Schedule refreshes to today's date rather than resuming where you left off. If you switch tabs and come straight back during the same session, it keeps your last viewed month.
