Export a chat log
Open the chat menu on the group chat you want to export.
Tap Export Message to CSV.
PLAI generates a CSV file with the full available message history and downloads it to your device. You can open it in any spreadsheet tool.
The file includes these columns, in order: Date, Time, Sender, Message, Attachment (file name and format only), Deleted Attachment, and Deleted (whether the message was deleted).
Note: Deleted messages appear in the export marked as deleted, but their actual content is never included.
Who can export
Club admins can export any chat log. Group admins can export logs for their own group chats. This option isn't available to club members.
FAQ
Can I export a one-to-one chat?
No. Export is only available for group chats.
Does the file update after I export it?
No. It's a point-in-time snapshot and won't reflect new messages sent afterward.
