How to Edit, Duplicate, or Delete a Facility

Use a facility's three dot menu to temporarily pause bookings, duplicate it to set up a similar facility, edit its details, or delete it entirely.

All of these actions live in the same place: open a facility and tap the 3 dot menu on its detail page.

Pausing bookings temporarily

Toggle Accept Bookings off. The facility stays visible to members but shows as Closed and cannot be booked. Existing confirmed bookings are not affected. Toggle it back on whenever you are ready to reopen it.

Duplicating a facility

Useful when you need a near identical facility, for example "Cricket Nets 4" alongside your existing "Cricket Nets 2 & 3."

  1. Tap Duplicate Facility.

  2. A pre-filled screen opens with the same image, name (with "(Copy)" added), description, Booking Rules, Availability, and Booking Fee as the original.

  3. Edit anything you need to change, such as the name.

  4. Tap Create Facility.

This creates a completely new, independent facility. Changes to one will not affect the other, and booking history is never copied across.

Editing a facility

  1. Tap Edit Facility.

  2. Update any field: image, name, description, Booking Rules, Availability, or Booking Fee.

  3. Tap Save Changes.

Note: Editing a facility never changes the price or time of bookings members have already confirmed. Those are honoured as originally booked.

Deleting a facility

  1. Tap Delete Facility.

  2. A confirmation explains the impact: "Are you sure? Delete this facility? All active bookings will be cancelled, members notified, and refunds may be due in line with your club's refund policy."

  3. Tap Delete Facility to confirm.

Important: Deleting a facility is permanent. It immediately cancels every active and future booking, notifies the affected members, and triggers refunds per your club's policy. There is no way to undo this.

FAQ

If I shrink a facility's availability window, what happens to existing bookings?

Bookings that were already confirmed under the old hours are honoured. Only new slot generation reflects the updated availability.
