The main difference is whichever form that is sent from the Trip Planner will have the trip code attached to it. This will allow the profile to link directly to the trip when it is submitted back to you.
The travelers submission will show in the Forms section accessed through your Dashboard. Once in the Forms section, click to open your Travelers Information Forms and there, next to your specific travelers information form you will see a column that says 'Submitted Forms'. Click on the number below that and you will be able to see all your submitted forms.
Please note that the profiles that don't have a trip code are the ones that responded to your travelers information link sent from the Dashboard Form Section. Please see example below.
