Sending Forms from Your Trip Planner Page
Forms sent from the Trip Planner page have the trip code automatically attached. This means when your client submits the form, their profile links directly to the trip — no manual matching needed.
How to Send a Form
Step 1: Go to the Travelers Tab section on the Trip Planner page.
Step 2: Hover over the action wheel on the right-hand side of a traveler.
Step 3: Click "Send Form".
OR Step 4: Select one or more forms to send all at once.
Viewing Submitted Forms
Option A: Once a client submits a form, you can view it in the Forms tab from the Trip Planner page
Option B:
Go to Dashboard → Forms
Click to open your Travelers Information Forms
Look for the "Submitted Forms" column next to your specific form
Click the number to see all submitted responses
Trip Code vs. No Trip Code
Forms submitted with a trip code (sent from Trip Planner) will show the trip code in the submitted forms list. Forms without a trip code are the ones that responded to a general link sent from the Dashboard Form Section.
What Forms Can I Send?
Travelers Information Form — collect client details (passport, preferences, etc.)
Credit Card Authorization Form — collect payment authorization with optional CVV field
Trip Request Form — let clients submit trip requests
Profile Update Form — let clients update their own profile info
Good to Know
You can send multiple forms at once to the same traveler
Forms sent from Trip Planner auto-link to the trip; forms sent from Dashboard do not
To check if a form was delivered, see Check email status on sent Forms, Invoices and Client Itineraries
The Received Forms tab in a trip shows all forms submitted by travelers on that trip — see Received Forms tab
