In PlanitEasy you can add rooms quickly without having to go into your full hotel reservation. When you select to create a new hotel reservation, you will be presented with a shortened popup version of your full hotel reservation. It is meant to enter the most important information quickly and easily.
After you enter your hotel's name and it populates the pictures and hotel information in the hotel description below, you have the option to add rooms on the spot.
2. After you click '+add room type", you can add the type of room and select if your pricing is 'Per Night or Per Stay'.
3. At that point you can add the room price and deposit as well as how many of those type of rooms you are offering. Feel free to add a room description and photos as shown below.
4. Once you have completed that, you can press 'save room type'. Add a note about the room to your client if you would like to.
5. After you save the room, it will look like the below screenshot. If you want to add guests and confirmations for your room type, you can also do that from this new reservation popup rather than entering the full reservation.
6. Click on the accordion 'arrow' and add your guest, their loyalty program and their reservation status all in one shot.
7. Feel free to add multiple room types. Note: you cannot mismatch types of pricing ex. Price per night for the suite and Price per stay for the double room.
