Adding flights to a trip
1. Select the flight service
In the reservations tab, choose the day you want to add your flight to and click on "+ ADD" all the way to the right.
*A pop up will appear, don't worry about putting in a 'Reservation Title' because that will be populated by your flight results. This title can be edited later if you choose to present it in another format*
2. Add the flight numbers
Go ahead and add your flight number next to the departure date. If your flight does not show up, add a space between the abbreviation and the number.
Click on to the flight that was found, it will begin to load it to your reservation which may take a few seconds.
Proceed down to the 'Return' flight and enter the return dates. Then add the flight number for the return flight into the 'Flight ID' field.
3. Press save and you're done
That is all you need to do to present this flight for a quick proposal. Press save at the bottom and the pop up will close so you can see your results.
Adding a layover and more flight information
Press the edit pencil on your reservation from the planner page or click on the pink text '+add more' below. This will open up the reservation so that you can have access to more fields.
View full flight details
Click on to the grey tab to see the full flight results
Add a layover
Click on the '+add flight' button as shown in the screenshot below.
