The Daily Report is set up to be a management overview. This is the type of information that resort managers generally share with each other on a daily basis.

The Planniac Daily Report is in a spreadsheet format and contains information about room occupancy and guests.

On this report, for every guest room, you'll see the names of the registered guest(s), occupancy, arrival/departure time and method, check-in and check-out dates, general notes, and a list of any upcoming tours they will be participating in.

One of the benefits of this report is to have security/emergency information in case a guest needs to be found.

The report can be printed for today or tomorrow and of course, it can be viewed online by anyone with Level 4 or higher permissions.
