A quick way to convey messages to housekeepers is by adding notes in the "Supervisor Notes" column on the right side of the Housekeeping Report. This is just text -- it doesn't create a dashboard Plann but it can be really useful for quick notes.
When there is something that involves another department, or is a scheduled activity (like special decorations on the guest's birthday) then a Plann should be created so that it is not overlooked and Front Desk or Management can see that it gets done.
