Why is a Planniac room charge not showing in the guest folio on Cloudbeds?

You may not notice an activity in the Cloudbeds guest folio that should be there after you billed it through Planniac. The most likely reason is that you need to select Both "Posted" and "Pending" from the Transactions dropdown list In the Cloudbeds folio manager.

After you do that and apply the setting, it will show up in the folio like this:
