Why is the incorrect number of guests showing on Planniac?

Planniac is synced with Cloudbeds

Cloudbeds provides reservation and guest information to Planniac, and there are some things that are not possible to change directly on Planniac. If the wrong number of guests is showing, that means the reservation on Cloudbeds needs to be adjusted.

For example, if a reservation on Planniac shows there is only one guest in a room when there are actually two, then you would need to go back to Cloudbeds and edit the reservation so that it reflects two guests.
