With Planniac 2.05, you will see any room-related activity from Planniac automatically posting to Cloudbeds notes. You don't have to do anything to set up this feature.

Notes are room-based

If a reservation on Cloudbeds only has one room, the note will appear for that room.

When a reservation on Cloudbeds has more than one room, room notes will be posted for each separate room.

Notes will include activities and guest-related tasks

Tasks like housekeeping room setup, guest messages, etc. will be included in the notes posted to Cloudbeds. Any task that involves a guest.

Tasks that are strictly internal and not linked to a reservation, like general maintenance, security, errand or housekeeping tasks, will not post to Cloudbeds.

Tasks related to Non-Guests will not post to Cloudbeds.

Activities & tasks created prior to Planniac 2.05

If you created Planns prior to this software release, they will not instantly appear on Cloudbeds notes.

All you need to do is make a minor modification to any plan for a guest, such as changing a status, a note change, a pricing change, or any other change on the plan that is then saved.

After you do that, the entire itinerary will appear on Cloudbeds notes.
