What is the Music page?
The Music page gives you one organized place to manage the songs connected to a project. Instead of keeping song choices buried in notes, emails, spreadsheets, or separate client messages, Planpage keeps music selections connected to the places they belong.
Use the Music page to review songs tied to timeline moments, collect missing selections from clients, and organize general song lists like Must Play, Do Not Play, or Rehearsal Dinner.
What the Music page includes
The Music page has two main sections: Timeline Songs and Song Lists.
Timeline Songs
The Timeline Songs section helps you quickly review which timeline items have music attached to them. The image below shows the Ceremony & Reception timeline. Instead of seeing the full timeline, only items with a Song (or Song Needed) are shown.
Song Lists
The Song Lists section is for creating collections of songs. For example: Must Play Songs, Do Not Play Songs, Cocktail Hour Playlist.
Sharing the Music page with Clients
The Music page can also be shared with clients through the Client Portal, giving them one clear place to review music details and help provide selections. You can choose which clients have access and set each person as View Only or Can Edit, depending on how involved you want them to be.
