Eligible Platinum & Core members can order a physical Plasma One Visa card when the Physical option is available in the app.
To become a Platinum user and gain access to physical cards, you need to lock 100,000 XPL for 12 months. There is no cash payment option for this upgrade. To upgrade:
Open the Plasma app.
Tap the Tier tab at the bottom of the screen.
Select Platinum and follow the steps to lock your XPL. Once upgraded, you will be eligible to order a physical card when they become available.
Physical cards are not available for Lite members, so if you want a Physical card you need to upgrade to Core or Platinum.
If you order a physical card, the estimated delivery times are as follows:
International Standard Delivery: 8–13 business days
International Express Delivery: 6–12 business days These timelines start from the moment you place your order and include the time required to personalize your card. Please note that these are estimates and may vary due to customs or courier delays.
To stay informed about physical card availability and updates, ensure your Plasma app is always updated to the latest version. You will receive an in-app notification as soon as physical cards are available for your tier.
