It's official, a new school year has arrived and so we welcome you!
When returning to ubbu, it's common for teachers to have some doubts about managing their classes. Here are some of the most frequently asked questions and our guidelines to help you on your return:
If you keep classes and students: In this case you don't need to create a new class, you can use last year's classes. Edit the class name, if you wish, and continue the lesson where you left off. When they reach class 30, click on the Level up button to access more classes and update the class year.

If a class stops using ubbu: You can archive it and later, if necessary, retrieve it via your profile in the Archived classes tab. If the class is still on ubbu but with another teacher, you can ask your institution's Teacher Manager to pass the class on to the new teacher.

If a student is transferred from one class to another: This transfer has to be done by our team. You must tell us the student's username (we don't have access to their real names), the name of the current class and the new class, and then our team will make the change. The student will keep all the results obtained in the previous class.

Now teachers will also have an immersive experience on the ubbu map, just like students, reinforcing educational points and visualizing the adventure through gamification.

End of level certificates
Now if for some reason you no longer have access to the email address you used to create your ubbu account, you can enter the email address to which you want to receive the certificates.
