Objective:
Understand how the "Clicked links" feature works and where to find it to better analyze your leads' engagement.
With this feature, you can identify which leads have clicked on the links present in your emails. This enables you to analyze their interest and optimize your future campaigns based on their engagement.
Where to find the functionality?
Go to the Engagement tab, then to Email Campaign,
Then to your sent campaign,
In the "WHO" section, find and click on "Links clicked".
You'll find the list of links clicked, along with the contacts who interacted with each of them.
How does it look?
For future campaigns sent after its launch on February 19, 2025, the results will appear as follows:
An overview of clicked links.
A percentage displayed for each link, representing the proportion of unique clicks on this link compared to all clicks recorded in the email
A list of contacts associated with each clicked link.
Good to know:
Deleted contacts
📌 Please note: If a contact is deleted from your database, their email address will remain in the list. Their click will still be counted, but the link will no longer be clickable.
Click-through rate per link
Each link clicked in your email is accompanied by a percentage that indicates the proportion of unique clicks it received in relation to the total clicks in the email.
