Customize your follow-up emails with the Plezi editor

Did you know that it is now possible to customize your follow-up emails just like your email campaigns?

📢 New Feature: An Integrated Editor!

Recently, an editor has been added to this feature. In this article, we explain where to find it and how it works.

I. Where to find the feature?

There are two ways to access the Follow-up Email feature and its editor:

From the form templates:

  • Go to the Conversion tab

  • Select Form Templates

  • Find and click on Follow-up emails

  • Add a new follow-up email or customize the existing one.

  • Click on the email to edit it and locate the editor as shown below:

Or from a form or downloadable content:

  • Go to the content where you want to set up your follow-up emails.

  • In the Follow-up section, click on "Edit" to display the editor.


II. How does it work?

The concept is the same as for email editing. In the follow-up email editor, you can also customize your messages by adding text blocks, CTAs, images, and much more to provide a consistent and impactful experience for your leads.

If you modify an existing template, it will be automatically loaded into the editor and serve as the basis for your changes.

If you create a new template, you can start with Plezi's default templates. To do this:

  • Add a new follow-up email.

  • Click on "Select a template in the library," as shown below:

  • In the library, you will find three templates to choose from: Newsletter subscription, Content download, and Contact request.


Good to know

➤ The library only offers default Plezi templates;

➤ All existing templates are accessible from the form templates. You can easily view, modify, and reuse them at any time!
