After you have downloaded the app and created a Pluginvest account, you can start setting up your details.
Get started with Smart Charging insights:
Once you have linked your car (Step 1), created a charging location, and connected your charging station to the app (Step 2), you can proceed with the next steps.
Select your energy contract: When you click on your address under Charging locations, you will see the option Energy supplier. Here, you can specify your energy supplier, the type of energy tariff you have, and the price per kWh as stated in your energy contract, so the app can calculate your EV charging costs.
Get started with managed Smart Charging sessions:
Connect your car: Because our solution is fully software-based, we make use of the connectivity of your car to gather charging data and manage your charging sessions. To connect your car, make sure you use the same login credentials from your car manufacturer’s app.
Enter your charging location: enter the address details of your personal charging location(s) so Pluginvest can know where we can smart charge!
Connect your charging station: If your car does not support “managed smart charging” directly, you can connect your charging station to unlock this functionality!
