How are my charging costs reimbursed?

For this, you need STROOHM's "Reimbursement"*. This monthly service allows for the reimbursement of electricity costs stemming from home charging sessions of employees or, if you are self-employed, through your company.

STROOHM handles the reimbursements entirely for you. These are processed through our partner Last Mile Solutions - Threeforce BV or Monta.

The reimbursement process for home charging sessions is as follows:

* Please note:

  • Employees: If your employer reimburses your home charging sessions, "Reimbursement" is already activated — you don’t need to do anything else.

  • Self-employed or business owner: If you didn’t request "Reimbursement" upon purchasing your charging station or charge card, please contact STROOHM to subscribe and activate this service.

  • Private individual: The "Reimbursement" is not available for private users.
