We would like to assure you that we got you covered in every situation. Therefore, in this article, we cover a scenario in which the front panel of a Plugzio device may have been mistakenly placed on another device that does not match it.

In this case, you might be unable to start a charging session by scanning the QR code or entering the device ID in your user app as they do not belong to the device that you are trying to use.

We can help you resolve it by having the required information from you so we can find the right device ID for that unit and fix the information on the front-side sticker as well. To do so, we will need to verify the serial number of the device with the wrong sticker.

Here's how:

How to Verify the Serial Number on Your Device

To help us verify the serial number on your device, please follow these simple steps:

1. Send Us a Photo of the Device Sticker

Please take a picture of the sticker on the left side of your device and send it to the Plugzio customer care team. Here’s a sample image of what the sticker looks like to help you find it.

2. Can’t Send a Picture?

If you're unable to take a picture, you can find the serial number on the left side of your device. Please type the number and send it to the Plugzio customer care team directly.

3. We Will Verify the Serial Number

Once we receive the photo or the serial number, we will verify it in our system to ensure everything is correct.

4. What Happens If the Serial Number Doesn't Match?

If there’s any mismatch in the serial number, we will handle it and make the necessary corrections. The right sticker will be replaced with the wrong one.
