To try out this new feature, select DDx from the Features menu or type a clinical sign or diagnostic finding into the search bar from any page.

Look for the DDx label in your search results and select the clinical sign or finding you’d like to see differentials for. You’ll immediately see a comprehensive list of common and uncommon differentials organized from most to least likely.

Every DDx list undergoes a rigorous peer-review process and includes references so you can chase down a zebra if need be.
