We’ve been working hard to deliver features that improve automation, customization, and pricing flexibility for podcast studios. With over 40+ bug fixes, new branding tools, and enhanced booking options, this update ensures a smoother and more efficient experience.

Zapier Integration 🚀

Connect Podyx with thousands of external tools like Google Calendar, Monday.com, and accounting software to eliminate manual processes. Automate workflows and reduce admin time for your studio.

Tie Add Ons to the Setups 🖇️

Previously, all add ons were available across all setups. With this update, admins can now assign additional services to specific setups, ensuring that only relevant add ons are offered to end users based on their selected setup.

Dark Theme 🌑

Give your booking pages a sleek, modern look with Dark Theme. If you have a dark-themed website, you can now align your branding, ensuring a more immersive experience for your users.

Add GIFs to Setups 🎥

Enhance client engagement with animated previews of your setups. Give customers a clear view of what they’re booking, reducing uncertainty.

Social Media Links 📲

Add social media links to the footer of your booking page, making it easier for clients to follow and engage with your studio’s content across platforms.

Rearrange Bundles and Setups 🔧

Customize how your bundles and setups appear on your booking page to optimize conversion and improve client navigation.

Other Enhancements

  • Service Prices Can Be Defined with Decimals

    • You can now set base service prices with decimals, allowing you to achieve rounded final prices instead of values with unnecessary decimal places.

  • Booking Notes: Being able to add text to new line in placeholder text

    • Now you can set up your questions in the booking form in a more structured way.

  • Currency dropdown fix for correct international display


❓ FAQ

  • What happens to existing add-on settings after the update?
    All add-ons will be automatically linked to all setups to prevent disruptions. Admins can then adjust them as needed.

  • What if setup has no additional services?
    Each setup must have at least one base service and one add-on to function properly.

  • Can we extend Zapier’s actions and triggers for more complex workflows?
    Yes! We’re continuously improving this integration. Let us know your needs, and we’ll explore adding new triggers/actions.

    • You will be able to use Stripe Connect for a smoother, more reliable payment experience.

  • More Flexibility with Pricing & Scheduling

    • Ability to set 30-minute minimum session duration increments, giving you greater control over how you price and schedule sessions, offering more tailored session lengths.

  • Edit Bundles Before Purchase – Save Time During Setup

    • Ability to edit bundles as much as you need before they are purchased, making it easier to fine-tune your offerings without starting over. This will streamline your onboarding process and quickly adapt services to fit business needs.
