Bundles are prepaid packages that allow clients to book multiple sessions at a discounted rate. Whether the bundle is designed for frequent creators, special production needs, or retainer-style services, it gives clients a flexible, value-driven way to work with the studio over time.

Once purchased, bundles are stored in the client’s profile and sessions can be redeemed as needed — no extra payment required.

🛍️ How Clients Purchase a Bundle

Clients can discover and buy bundles in two ways:

1. Directly from the Booking Landing Page

If the bundle is marked as visible, it will appear on the studio’s main booking page, alongside:

  • Bundle name

  • Thumbnail image

  • Starting price

  • “Learn More” button

Clicking “Learn More” opens the individual bundle landing page.

2. Via a Direct Link

Each bundle has its own unique landing page, which the studio can share via:

  • Email

  • Social media

  • Campaigns or promo pages

These pages are perfect for marketing bundles as standalone products.

📄 What the Bundle Landing Page Shows

Each bundle has its own branded, standalone page with:

  • Title + description

  • What’s included (base services + add-ons)

  • Pricing tiers (packages)

  • Promo code field (if applicable)

  • "Buy Now" button

Clients can review all the details and choose the package size that fits them best — e.g. 5 sessions for $500 or 10 sessions for $900.

💳 How Payment Works

At checkout, clients will:

  • Choose the package (number of sessions)

  • Enter a promo code (if they have one)

  • Pay using Stripe or Square, depending on studio setup

After payment:

  • The bundle appears in their User Profile → Bundles

  • The purchase is recorded under Purchases

  • No session is scheduled yet — it’s just the bundle

🎬 Redeeming Sessions from a Bundle

Once a bundle is active, clients can book sessions directly from their Bundles tab in their profile.

The flow is just 2 steps:

  1. Choose setup, date, time, and duration

  2. Confirm the session — no payment required

Sessions booked from a bundle pull directly from the client’s remaining session count.

The booking is treated just like any regular session:

  • Confirmation email and calendar invite are sent

  • The session appears in Bookings

  • Booking notes and add-ons can still be included

📦 Managing Bundles in Profile

Clients can always see:

  • The name of each bundle

  • How many sessions are remaining

  • Which sessions have been booked

  • Expiration date (if the studio has set one)

As long as there are remaining sessions, the client can continue booking.

🔐 Important Notes

  • Clients must be logged in to buy or redeem a bundle.

  • Each bundle can include one or more packages — giving clients choice in session count and pricing.

  • Bundles only show in the booking landing page if marked as visible by the studio (you can still share private links).

  • Sessions booked with a bundle still follow:

    • Availability

    • Cutoff rules

    • Setup/service rules

✅ Summary:

Purchasing a bundle gives clients a cost-effective, flexible way to work with the studio over multiple sessions. Once active, bundles make future bookings smoother and faster — and offer studios a powerful way to drive loyalty and repeat business.

One purchase. Multiple sessions. No checkout friction.
