Once your studio is set up and live, this is where the real action happens. The Sessions tab is your operational command center. Every booking made through your public booking page — or added manually through the admin — shows up here.

This is where you’ll manage what’s coming in, make adjustments if needed, and always stay one step ahead of your daily schedule.

🔍 Where to find it:

Admin Panel → Sessions

📅 What appears here:

  • All confirmed sessions booked through your public page

  • Any admin-created sessions

  • Bundle sessions once the client selects a time and confirms

  • Sessions that were approved via the Pay Later request flow

Each session includes:

  • Client name + email

  • Setup + room booked

  • Date, time, and duration

  • Base service and add-ons

  • Booking notes (if entered)

  • Payment status

  • Ability to cancel or reschedule

✍️ Creating a Session as Admin

You can create sessions manually at any time by clicking:

New Individual Session

Perfect for:

  • Walk-ins

  • Special arrangements

  • Offline bookings

  • Bookings that need a custom price or configuration

When creating an admin session:

  • You must enter the client’s email (they will be notified)

  • You can select the setup, services, add-ons, date, and time

  • You can override the total session price manually

⚠️ Important Note:
Admin sessions do not include a payment link.
The client will receive a confirmation + calendar invite, but you’ll need to handle payment externally (Stripe link, Square charge, invoice, etc.)

🔁 Rescheduling + Cancellation

If your client is within your allowed cutoff window (set in Booking Settings), they can:

  • Reschedule their own session

  • Cancel the session from their profile

If not, only the admin (you) can perform these actions from within the Sessions tab.

This helps prevent last-minute changes that disrupt your calendar — while still giving clients some flexibility.

By clicking on the three dots to the right yo can:

  • Cancel a session and issue the refund or delete a session and cancel it without the refund

  • In case of a bundle cancel will put back the session in the bundle, deleting will remove it

  • Add additional service to the session

🔧 Editing a Session

You can edit session details from within the session card — change time, notes, or add-on services. All changes are reflected in the user’s dashboard and calendar invite (if applicable).

🧠 Operational Use Cases

  • Use the Sessions view to prep your team for the day

  • View upcoming services and required add-ons per client

  • Adjust bookings when clients contact you directly

  • Filter by date or search by client email for quick lookup

✅ Summary:

The Sessions tab is your live schedule — a full view of everything your studio has coming up. It helps you stay organized, adapt on the fly, and deliver smooth, professional experiences for your clients from the moment they book.

One place to manage it all — bookings, details, exceptions, and daily flow.
