Your Clients User Profile is where they can view and manage everything related to their sessions with the studio. It’s automatically created when they complete their first booking — and gives them full visibility into thier upcoming sessions, past bookings, purchases, and any bundles they've bought.
🔍 Where Clients Access It:
Once logged in, clients can access their profile by clicking their name or avatar in the top-right corner of the booking page and selecting “My Profile.”
If they are not logged in, they’ll be prompted to sign in either during the booking process or manually from the main page.

📅 Bookings Tab
This tab displays all of the client’s:
Upcoming sessions
Past sessions
Base service and add-ons selected
Booking status (confirmed, canceled, rescheduled)
If studio rescheduling and cancellation windows allow it, clients can:
Cancel or reschedule their own bookings (if within cutoff)
Add additional add-ons to upcoming sessions if enabled
All sessions listed here reflect real-time status and any changes made via admin or client-side edits.
🎁 Bundles Tab
If a client has purchased or been issued a bundle, they’ll see:
Active bundles
Sessions remaining
Sessions already redeemed
Bundle expiration dates (if applicable)
From here, clients can quickly redeem sessions tied to their bundle. The booking flow from this tab is streamlined — only two steps — and does not require payment at the time of booking.
💸 Purchases Tab
A complete record of all payments made by the client, including:
Bundle purchases
Individual session payments
Date of transaction
VAT/tax (if applicable)
Applied promo codes
This tab serves as a self-serve payment history and is especially useful for clients who require receipts or want to track spending over time.
⚙️ Account Tab
Clients can:
Update their name, email, and phone number
Change their password
View their login email
Log out
All updates made here are reflected immediately in your admin panel under their user record.
🔐 When Accounts Are Created
If a client is booking for the first time and doesn’t have an account, they’ll be asked to create one during the checkout step. This is a quick process requiring:
Full name
Email address
Phone number
Password creation
Once completed, all future activity is tied to that account, and the client can return anytime to manage their profile.

Podyx is actively expanding the User Profile to include:
File sharing between studio and client (e.g., final edits, reels, footage)
Studio notes or post-session updates
Receipts and downloadable session summaries
This will allow studios to centralize more of the client experience in one professional interface.
