Bundles are one of the most powerful tools in your Podyx toolkit. They allow you to create prepaid packages of sessions, combine services and add-ons, and offer discounted rates based on how many sessions a client purchases in advance.

Think of Bundles as your studio’s eCommerce storefront — every bundle has its own landing page, its own pricing tiers, and its own audience. Whether you’re offering creator retainers, “10 sessions for the price of 8,” or curated service packages for specific customer types, Bundles help you increase revenue and client loyalty.

🧱 How Bundles Work:

A Bundle is made up of:

  1. A combination of base services and optional add-ons

  2. One or more Packages — these define the pricing and number of sessions

  3. A dedicated landing page clients can use to browse and purchase the bundle directly

Once purchased, a bundle shows up in the client’s user profile, and they can begin redeeming sessions right from their dashboard.

🛠 Creating a Bundle — Step-by-Step

1. Add Bundle Details

  • Bundle Name: This appears in your admin and on the public-facing bundle card/page.

  • Public Description: Use this to describe what’s included, who it’s for, and the value. Clients will see this on the bundle landing page.

  • Images: Visually represent the bundle (image cards + banner cards + icons).

2. Choose Services

Select one or more:

  • Base Services (e.g., “Audio + Video Recording”)

  • Add-Ons (e.g., “Podcast Trailer,” “Reels Package”)

🧠 Only services and add-ons that are tied to the same setups will be valid. These determine what the user will be able to book once they purchase.

3. Create One or More Packages

Packages define the structure of the deal:

  • Number of sessions (e.g., 5 sessions, 10 sessions)

  • Price for that package

  • “Savings” (optional but shown to client — this encourages purchase)

📌 This lets you create multi-tier bundles — like:

  • 5 sessions for $500 (save 5%)

  • 10 sessions for $900 (save 10%)

Clients will choose which package they want when purchasing the bundle.

4. Configure

  • Reorder where it appears (via Appearance → Reordering)

  • Share the direct link for lead customers to specific bundle offers

🛍️ Selling & Sharing Bundles

Each bundle gets its own standalone landing page with:

  • Title, description, thumbnail

  • List of what’s included

  • Pricing tiers (with discount breakdowns)

  • “Buy Now” button to complete purchase

💡 Great for social media, newsletters, B2B partners, or targeted landing pages

You can use bundles to:

  • Promote creator loyalty with retainers

  • Offer service packs to specific client personas (e.g. “Launch Your Podcast” bundle)

  • Drive prepaid revenue with bulk discounts

  • Run seasonal promos or collaborations

💳 Client Experience: What Happens After Purchase

  1. The bundle appears in the client’s User Profile → Bundles

  2. They can redeem sessions by booking directly from the bundle tab

  3. The flow is simplified to 2 steps:

    • Choose setup, date & time

    • Confirm booking

No payment needed — the session pulls from their active bundle balance.

📊 Tracking Bundle Usage

In the Admin:

  • See all purchased bundles in the Purchases tab

  • View active bundles per user in the Users tab

  • Monitor how many sessions are remaining and when bundles were used

  • Manually assign sessions if needed via the admin booking flow

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Sessions booked from a bundle still respect:

    • Setup availability

    • Time cutoff rules

    • Rescheduling/cancellation limits

  • You cannot edit a bundle after it has been purchased — to make changes, duplicate it and create a new version

  • Clients must be logged in to purchase or use a bundle
First-time users will be prompted to create an account during checkout.

✅ Summary

Bundles let you productize your services, reward loyalty, and generate upfront revenue — all while giving clients a simplified, value-driven way to book recurring sessions.

Whether you're selling retainer packages, launching a promo, or giving clients more options to commit long-term — this feature turns your studio into a scalable business.

Sell smarter. Package better. Keep clients coming back.
