While clients can purchase bundles directly from your booking page, sometimes you need to issue one manually — whether it’s a gift, a B2B arrangement, an offline purchase, or a bonus package for a loyal creator.
That’s where Admin Bundles come in.
They let you assign a bundle directly to a client’s account, bypassing the public checkout process. The client will still see the bundle in their profile and can begin redeeming sessions as usual.
🔍 Where to create one:
Create New → Admin Bundle
Or
Bundles → Create Admin Bundle
🛠 How Admin Bundles Work:
When creating an Admin Bundle, you’ll:
Select a client by email (they must already have an account or you can create one on their behalf)
Choose the bundle you want to assign
Choose the specific package (e.g., 5 sessions vs 10 sessions)
Click Confirm — the bundle is now active on the client’s account
🧠 Why Use Admin Bundles?
Fulfill offline payments (e.g., client paid via bank transfer or in person)
Give bonus bundles to collaborators, influencers, or loyal clients
Handle bulk or corporate bookings outside the standard public flow
Offer test sessions or internal use bundles for staff
👀 What the Client Sees:
Once issued, the bundle appears in their:
User Profile → Bundles
tab
From there, they can:
View bundle details
Redeem sessions (via simplified booking flow)
Track how many sessions they have left
The booking flow is the same as a regular bundle:
Choose setup, date/time → Confirm
No payment required during redemption
📊 Tracking Admin Bundles:
Admin-issued bundles are:
Shown in the Users tab under the individual client
Reflected in their Purchases history (if tied to a manual payment)
Counted in their session usage totals
🧠 You can always see how many sessions remain, when it was issued, and if it’s still active.
⚠️ Important Notes:
You cannot edit a bundle’s contents after assigning it — make sure to double-check before confirming
Bundle rules (availability, session limits, rescheduling) still apply
If the client doesn’t already have a Podyx account, you’ll need to enter their email and they’ll be prompted to finish setup upon receiving the bundle
✅ Summary
Admin Bundles are a flexible, manual way to give clients access to prepaid sessions — outside of the public checkout flow. They’re perfect for partnerships, offline sales, or gifting, and make it easy to extend value without needing to process through Stripe or Square.
Full control. Seamless for the client. Great for relationship-based studios.
