Many clients arrive directly on your Podyx booking page, skipping your website entirely. Without seeing your promotions, they might only book the minimum service.

Special Offers make sure your most important deals are front and center — whether that’s a discounted bundle, a new subscription, or a seasonal promotion. Instead of hiding in your website, your offers now live inside the booking flow, where conversion is highest.

🚀 What’s New?

Originally, Special Offers only created a small announcement bar at the top of the page. Helpful, but easy to miss — and you could only run one at a time.

With the update, you can now:

  • Display multiple offers at once, each with its own card and image.

  • Upload custom visuals (image or GIF) to make offers more eye-catching.

  • Add marketing nudges with badge text (e.g., “30% Off This Summer”).

  • Still use the announcement bar, now rotating through all active offers every 5 seconds.

The result: a professional storefront built right into your booking page.

🛠️ How to Create a Special Offer

  1. Go to Bundles (or Subscriptions) in your admin panel.

  2. Edit the item you want to promote.

  3. Tick Special Offer.

  4. Upload a promo image or GIF (tip: use seasonal or branded visuals).

  5. Fill in:

    • Name on the Card → the main headline clients see.

    • Badge Text → a short marketing hook (“Best Value”, “Limited Time”).

    • Announcement Bar Text → optional banner copy for the top of the page.

  6. Save & publish.

🖼️ How Offers Appear on Your Booking Page

  • Special Offers Section

    • One offer → it stretches full-width.

    • Multiple offers → they appear side-by-side, like bundles or setups.

    • Clicking an offer takes clients directly to purchase.

  • Announcement Bar

    • Appears at the top of the page.

    • Rotates through all active offers every 5 seconds, so none get missed.

💡Real Studio Example

At Poddster studios, Special Offers are used to:

  • Promote limited-time discounts during quieter summer months.

  • Highlight high-value packages like Podcast Starter Packs.

  • Cross-sell subscriptions to returning clients.

By surfacing these directly on the booking page, conversion rates increased because clients no longer had to go digging — the best deals were impossible to miss.

🎩 Pro Tips

  • Use urgency language in your badge text (“Ends Soon”, “Limited Spots”).

  • Rotate offers seasonally (summer discounts, holiday bundles).

  • Pair visuals with the experience — a bright studio image works better than a generic stock photo.

  • Track conversions to see which promotions drive actual sales.

Turn every booking page visit into a sales opportunity.
