The booking flow doesn’t end when a client clicks Confirm. That moment is an opportunity to:
Give clear directions to avoid confusion and late arrivals.
Provide a professional success page that builds trust.
Offer upsells or next steps while your client is most engaged.
Our latest update makes all of this possible.

What’s New
We’ve introduced two key upgrades:
Smarter Locations
Studio Location is still stored in Studio Settings → General, as a free-text field (useful if Google Maps doesn’t recognize your address).
Rooms now have their own Room Location, connected directly to Google Maps.
Each room displays a live map pin, so clients can see exactly where their session takes place, and can get directions immediately.
Redesigned Booking Success Page
Clients now see a complete overview of all booked sessions (date, time, services).
An interactive map updates when they toggle between sessions — perfect for bookings across multiple locations.
Get Directions button links directly to Google Maps.
A new customizable promotion section lets you upsell or drive next actions (e.g., “Book a Consultation,” “Take a Studio Tour,” “Upgrade Your Package”).
How It Works
1. Adding Locations
Go to Studio Settings → General to set your Studio Location.
Go to Rooms → Edit Room to add a Room Location with Google Maps.
Use the Short Preview field to simplify how the address looks on the booking page.
2. Booking Success Page
After a client books, the new page shows:
✅ Booking confirmed message with session details.
🗺️ Interactive map with pins for each location.
🔄 Session tabs — switching sessions updates the map.
📍 Get Directions button for one-click navigation in Google Maps.
🚀 Promotional section — fully customizable with headline, description, image, button text, and link.
Use it to upsell services, link to your website, or encourage future bookings.
3. Confirmation Emails
If bookings are at different room locations → each session includes its own Get Directions link.
If all sessions are at the same room location → only one link is shown.
If no room address is added → system falls back to the Studio Location.
Real Studio Example
Studios running multiple locations (e.g., one for recording, one for editing) can now avoid client mix-ups:
Before → all sessions pointed to one generic studio address.
Now → each booking clearly shows which room, which address, and a live Google Maps link.
The new success page also doubles as a sales moment. For example, Poddster uses the promotional button to offer consultation services directly after a client books a recording session.
Pro Tips
Add full addresses to rooms — even if your studio has one main location, this gives clients confidence they’re in the right place.
Use the promo button strategically → think tours, consultations, workshops, or add-on services.
Test the success page flow yourself → make sure maps, links, and promotions display as expected before going live.
✨ Turn every booking confirmation into a moment of clarity — and opportunity.
