🛡 Versioning protects your history
Whenever you edit a service, add-on, or room, Podyx keeps the previous version alongside the new one. Existing bookings and invoices stay linked to the version that was live when they were made, so a price change or rename never rewrites the past. An old invoice always shows the price the client actually agreed to. New terms apply going forward only.
🗂 Order and visibility
You decide how the catalog is presented to clients:
Reorder: drag items into the order clients see, and put your best or most popular first.
Active or Inactive: show or hide an item. An inactive item disappears from clients without being deleted (and will not appear even if it is priced and linked to a setup).
♻️ Archive and restore
When you are finished with an item, archive it from the ⋯ menu. Archiving removes it from view while keeping all its history, and you can restore it anytime. Podyx uses archive rather than permanent delete by design, so retiring an offering is always reversible and never breaks the bookings that used it.
💡 Reach for Inactive when you will likely sell it again soon, and Archive when you are done with it for now. Either way, nothing is lost.
