Conflicts is a safeguard against double bookings. Because your calendars are now two-way synced, Podyx can see when two events end up on the same space at the same time, and it tells you before a client ever notices.

🛠 How conflicts are detected
Podyx watches for multiple events existing at the same time on your calendar. Google Calendar happily lets events overlap, but Podyx treats an overlap as a potential conflict, because in a physical studio two things genuinely cannot happen in the same space at once. Slot blockers are handled strictly: Podyx will not allow two of them on the same time.
📧 You get an email warning
When an overlap is detected, Podyx emails you. That is usually the first you hear of it, and it is deliberately early, while the problem is still just a calendar entry rather than two clients arriving at your door.
🗂 Review everything in the Conflicts tab
The Conflicts tab lists every detected overlap in one place, showing the events that are coexisting at the same time. It is your central view for anything that needs a decision.
✅ Resolve each one
For each conflict you choose which event should be the primary one. In practice that usually means:
Remove the slot blocker and let the new event take that time.
Keep the existing event as primary and mark the conflict resolved.
