🔧 Where to find it
Settings → Integrations (and per room in Rooms).

🔄 What the two-way sync does
Bookings appear in Google Calendar automatically, so your whole day is in one place.
Events you add in Google block availability in Podyx, so a personal hold means clients cannot book over it (and any overlap surfaces in Conflicts).
Per-room calendars: map each room to its own Google Calendar so multi-room studios stay organized.
👥 Connect other people's calendars too
A room does not have to sync only with your calendar. You can connect other people's calendars to a room as well, as long as they are shared with your Google account first. That means an engineer's or a co-host's schedule can block a room's availability automatically, so you are never booked into a time a key person is unavailable.
🔌 How to connect
In Settings → Integrations (or a Room), choose Google Calendar and authorize access.
Assign which calendar each room should sync with (your own, or one shared with you).
Make a test booking and confirm it lands on the right calendar.
🧠 Why it matters
One calendar for your whole team means fewer clashes and less mental juggling. Podyx, your schedule, and the people you depend on finally agree, automatically, so you stop double-booking yourself or your staff.
✅ Summary
Connect once and bookings flow into Google Calendar, your (and shared) Google events block availability back in Podyx, and each room can have its own calendar.
