Promo codes are discount codes you fully control, with rules, scoping, limits, and reporting. They let you run real campaigns (a launch offer, a win-back, a partner code) and measure exactly what worked.

🔧 Where to find it

Admin Panel → Promo Codes, with tabs for Active, Inactive, and Deleted.

🛠 Create a code

  1. Add new, then choose a fixed amount or percentage off, a validity window, and how many times it can be used.

  2. Scope it to specific bundles, services, or setups so the promotion does not spill onto everything.

  3. Set per-customer limits so a one-per-person offer stays one per person.

🧾 At checkout

When a client enters a code, it is validated instantly: applied on the spot, or they are told why it will not work (expired, not eligible, limit reached). No awkward surprises.

📊 Reporting

The list shows live usage, total discount given, and how many clients redeemed each code, so you can see a campaign's real uptake instead of guessing.

🤝 Power an affiliate program (codes plus credits)

Pair promo codes with store credit and you have a low-cost, self-tracking referral engine. Give a partner, creator, or loyal client their own promo code. Their audience gets a discount, and because each code reports its own usage and client count, you can see exactly how many bookings that person drove. When they hit a referral target, reward them with store credit they can spend with you. They promote, the numbers track themselves, and the reward stays inside your studio.

🧠 Why promo codes matter

  • Drive bookings with timely, targeted offers.

  • Stay in control with scoping and usage limits.

  • Grow through others by turning codes plus credits into affiliate deals.

⚠️ Things to double-check

  • The scope and limits match the offer you intend, so it cannot be over-used.

  • The validity window is correct before you share the code.

✅ Summary

Decide how generous and how limited each code is, scope it to what it should apply to, watch the stats, and pair it with credits to run affiliate referrals that track themselves.
