Who this is for: studio operators (admin panel) · Plan: Premium · Product: Podyx V2
Promo codes are your flexible lever for filling the studio. Marketing campaigns, seasonal offers, win-back emails, a discount for one important client, or a full affiliate program. V2 also supports vouchers, so a code can be a gift as much as a discount.
ℹ️ Promo Codes is a Premium plan feature. On Essential you will not see this tab.

🔧 Where to find it
Admin Panel → Promo Codes
🛠 Create a code
Give the code a name, then choose the discount type:
Percentage discount
Fixed amount discount
Free session
🎯 Control where it works
Scope matters as much as the discount itself. You choose which setups the code works in, which services it applies to, and whether it covers individual sessions only or bundles too. You can even limit it to specific bundles rather than all of them, so a launch offer does not accidentally discount your best-selling package.
📅 Set an expiry window
Give the code a valid date range, or require it to be used within a period such as one month or three. Deadlines are what turn a discount into a decision.
🤝 Run an affiliate program with codes
This is the highest-leverage use. Give a partner their own code, for example Sarah2026. Her audience gets 15% off their first booking, you can see exactly how many bookings her code produced, and you reward her once she hits an agreed referral goal, often with store credit.
💡 You now have a referral channel that costs you nothing until it works, and the tracking is built in rather than living in a spreadsheet.
📧 Win back quiet clients
Pair a code with a re-engagement email so a client who has not booked in three months receives a discount automatically. It is one of the cheapest ways to restart a relationship that was simply forgotten rather than lost.
🧠 Why it matters
Fill specific gaps rather than discounting everything.
Measure what marketing actually worked, because usage is tracked per code.
Reward partners and loyal clients without rebuilding your pricing.
✅ Summary
Create the code, pick the discount type, scope it tightly to the setups, services and bundles you actually want to promote, and give it a deadline. Then use codes as your affiliate and win-back engine, not just as a way to knock money off.
