Who this is for: studio operators (admin panel) · Product: Podyx V2
Your studio profile is the identity everything else inherits. It feeds your booking page, your emails, your invoices and the contact details clients use to reach you. It takes ten minutes and it is worth doing properly, because a half-filled profile shows up in front of customers.

🔧 Where to find it
Studio Settings → General
🛠 Set your studio identity
Studio name and language
Address, so clients know where they are going
Phone number and studio email
Website URL. Your logo links back to it, so people can get from your booking page to your site in one click.
⚠️ The contact email and phone here are display only. They appear on a button in the floating menu of your landing page so clients can reach you, but they are not a reply inbox. Podyx sends its emails through Notifications, so replies do not land here.
🧾 Tax details live here too
Set your tax rate and VAT number, and choose whether your prices include VAT or show VAT at checkout. Worth deciding deliberately, since it changes how every price on your site reads.
🔒 Support access
The Security tab controls how much access the Podyx support team has to your backend. Choose full access, read-only, or no access. Granting access makes troubleshooting dramatically faster when something breaks, and you can change it back whenever you like.
💡 Read-only is a sensible default. It lets support investigate without being able to change anything.
🗑 Deleting the account
Account deletion also sits in the General tab. It is permanent, so treat it accordingly.
🧠 Why it matters
These details travel everywhere, onto your booking page, emails and invoices.
A complete profile builds trust before anyone has spoken to you.
Correct tax settings avoid awkward corrections after money has changed hands.
✅ Summary
Fill in your name, language, address and contact details, link your website, and set your tax rate and VAT handling. Then pick a support access level so help is quick when you need it. Everything downstream reads from here.
