Who this is for: studio operators (admin panel) · Plan: all plans · Product: Podyx V2
Your general settings are the studio basics (name, contact, address, language, timezone) that show up on your booking page and in every automated client email. Set them once and they flow everywhere, so you are never updating the same detail in five places.

🔧 Where to find it
Settings → General

🛠 What to set
Studio name: shown on your booking page and in notifications.
Contact email and phone: displayed to clients through a contact button on your booking page's floating menu, so they can see how to reach you. This is display only. It is not an inbox and does not collect replies (Podyx sends booking emails automatically through Notifications).
Address: appears on confirmations so clients know where to come.
Language: the language your booking page and emails use.
Timezone: the basis for every slot and confirmation. Get this right so times never read an hour off.
🧠 Why it matters
These details are your single source of truth. Update your address or phone once here and it refreshes across your booking page and outgoing emails. Getting the timezone and contact details right also prevents the small confusions (wrong times, "how do I reach them?") that quietly cost you bookings and goodwill.
⚠️ Things to double-check
Timezone matches where your studio physically is.
The contact email and phone shown to clients are the ones you want public.
✅ Summary
Set the studio basics once in General. They populate your booking page and client emails automatically, and the contact details appear to clients as a tap-to-see button on your landing page.
