Who this is for: studio operators (admin panel) · Plan: all plans · Product: Podyx V2
Your booking page should feel like a seamless extension of your own website, not a detour to a different tool. A few minutes of branding makes the handoff invisible, so a client moving from your site into booking never feels they have left your brand.

🔧 Where to find it
Settings → Appearance
📷 Screenshot: the Appearance settings, to add.
🎨 What you can set
Logo: shown on your booking page and in client emails.
Brand color: drives buttons and accents so the page matches your identity.
Fonts and typography: keep them consistent with your main site.
Cover image and favicon: the hero visual and the little browser-tab icon.
Email banner: the banner image at the top of your client emails, so confirmations and reminders look as branded as your booking page.
🔗 Match your website
Use the same logo, brand color, and fonts as your main website so the two feel like one continuous experience. Pair this with a custom domain (book.yourstudio.com) and the journey from your site to booking and payment looks and feels like a single, professional business the whole way through.
🧠 Why it matters
The moment a client jumps to something that looks like a generic third-party form, trust dips and some drop off. A booking page (and emails) that mirror your site keep that confidence intact right up to payment, which protects your conversion rate.
👀 Check it before you share
Open Go to Booking Page after editing and view it as a client would, on your phone too, since many clients book on mobile. Send yourself a test confirmation to check the email banner as well.
✅ Summary
Match your site's logo, color, fonts, and email banner in Appearance so booking and emails feel seamless. Add a custom domain for a fully unbroken, branded journey.
