File transfer options let your clients choose how they want to receive their files, and let you charge for the methods that cost you something. Storage and delivery are a real expense in a studio business, and this is the tidiest way to stop absorbing it silently.

🛠 Create your options
Turn the feature on, then add as many delivery options as you want to offer. For each one you set:
A name, for example "Download link" or "Cloud upload"
A description so clients understand the difference
Whether it is free or paid
🛒 What the client sees
During booking, clients get a prompt asking how they would like to receive their files, and they pick from the options you created, paid upgrades included. It arrives at exactly the right moment, when they are already thinking about the finished work.
💵 Mix free and paid
Keep a basic method free and attach a price to the premium one, such as a cloud upload. Clients rarely object to a delivery fee when the option is clearly better and clearly explained. It is one of the few upsells that costs you nothing extra to offer.
