🗓 Sessions

Manage every booking: filter upcoming and past sessions, search, export, and create admin bookings for phone and walk-in clients.

Who this is for: studio operators (admin panel) · Product: Podyx V2

Sessions is your operational view: who is booked, when, what status they are in, and what needs doing. Its sibling tab Purchases covers the financial side. If the question is about people and time, you are in the right place.

🔧 Where to find it

Admin Panel → Sessions

🔍 Find the session you need

  • Filter by upcoming or past.

  • Search by username or customer ID.

  • Export to CSV for reporting or for anything you want to work through in a spreadsheet.

➕ Create an admin booking

An admin booking is one you make on the client's behalf, for the person who called you or walked in rather than booking online. Create one from the Sessions tab or from inside an individual session. You can set:

  • The customer's email and the session details

  • A note for context

  • Whether to send a payment link, and how long that link stays valid

  • Whether to issue an invoice

  • Any guests attending

  • A promo code

👋 The client has not registered yet

You can invite a client directly from the CMS so they can sign up first, then add them to an admin booking or a bundle. No more asking someone to go and register before you can help them.

📼 Past sessions

Open a past session to see its status, the purchase details, the session details, and to reach the collaboration area where you share files and run the review loop with that client. You can also add additional services, send a payment link, and add notes or guests from the session view.

🧠 Why it matters

  • Nothing lives outside the system. Phone and walk-in bookings are tracked like any other.

  • You can take payment later without losing the booking, using a payment link with an expiry you control.

  • Every session carries its own history, notes, guests, files and all, so you are never rebuilding context.

✅ Summary

Sessions is where the day-to-day happens. Filter and search to find a booking, create admin bookings for clients who did not book online, invite unregistered clients straight from the CMS, and open past sessions to deliver files. For money questions, use Purchases instead.
