🔧 Where to find it
Settings → Team (Roles)

📨 Invite someone
Click Invite and enter the person's email.
Choose their role (what they can see and do).
Send, and they get an email to set up their own login.
🔑 Why everyone gets their own login
Individual accounts keep the calendar, sessions, and client notes in sync for the whole team, and they let the audit log show who did what. Shared logins blur both, and they make off-boarding messy.
🔁 Managing the team
From the Team list, change someone's role as responsibilities shift, or remove access the moment someone leaves, instantly, without touching any shared credentials.
🧠 Why it matters
As soon as you are more than one person, "who can do what" matters. Proper accounts and roles let you delegate confidently and grow the team without handing over the keys to everything.
