🗂 What a client record holds
Contact details and account info.
Booking history: past and upcoming sessions at a glance.
Balances: remaining bundle sessions, active subscriptions, and store credit.
Purchases and invoices tied to them.
🔎 Find someone fast
Search by name or email to jump to a client. Clean records pay off here, because one client equals one profile, so their history is not split across duplicates.
🤝 Help them directly
From a profile you can act on a client's behalf: grant or adjust a bundle, issue store credit, or create a booking. Perfect for fixing a mistake, honoring a goodwill gesture, or recording an offline sale.
🤖 It feeds your AI briefing
The information that builds up here, together with your guest profiles, accumulates into an AI briefing you can set up in Settings. Instead of digging through history before a session, you get a ready-made summary of who you are about to work with, drawn from everything Podyx already knows about them. The cleaner your client and guest records, the smarter that briefing gets.
🧠 Why it matters
When a client calls, you want their whole story in one glance: what they have booked, what they are owed, what they have left. That context is what makes service feel personal, turns a one-time booker into a regular, and (through the AI briefing) lets you walk into every session already informed.
✅ Summary
Clients is identity, full history, and live balances in one view, plus the controls to help a client on the spot and the data that powers your pre-session AI briefing.
