Check the Pixel Status on Polar Analytics.
If the pixel is not installed, Please follow this article to install it.If the pixel is installed, and you're still missing events on the Funnel page, it can be due to these two reasons:
You have a headless store (You're not using a Shopify theme, you have a custom made website)
In this case, you need to manually send the pixel events to Polar using our SDK. Here is a link to our Pixel SDKYou have an old version of the pixel installed.
