What You Can Customize
You can fine-tune your calculations by choosing whether to include or exclude the following items:
Discounts from Gross Sales: Exclude discount values if you want to focus on pre-discounted revenue.
Returns from Gross Sales: Choose whether to deduct returns to calculate net sales.
Shipping in Total Sales: Include or exclude shipping fees from total sales figures.
Taxes in Total Sales: Decide whether tax amounts should be factored into total sales.
Tips in Total Sales: Include or exclude tips from your total revenue calculations.
Cost of Products from Total Sales: Control whether the cost of goods sold (COGS) is subtracted from total sales.
GSheet Expenses from Total Sales: If youโve connected a Google Sheet with expenses, decide if those should be reflected in total sales.
Customizing Total Orders
You can also decide whether to:
Include Cancelled Orders: Include or exclude cancelled orders in your Total Orders count.
Include $0.00 Orders: Count or exclude orders with a total value of zero in your Total Orders metric.
